Room 5
Room 5 is situated at the rear of the pub and has views towards the rolling Purbeck countryside. It’s a compact double room with an ensuite bathroom complete with walk-in shower. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a selection of complimentary toiletries. The room features a colour TV, free WiFi and integral USB charger points in the power sockets.
Please note Room 5 is located close to the kitchen extraction which operates during food service times and all day throughout the summer. It’s not loud but is constant so if any of you may be disturbed by the noise, please select another available room.

| Dogs: There is a one-off charge of £15 per dog for the duration of your stay. Note: Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room but arrangements can be made for you to take breakfast in the bar if necessary. *Wi-fi is limited in some areas due to the age of the building. |

Full payment for your stay is required at time of booking.
Cancellation & Refunds
Please contact us directly by phone on 01929 450225 or via our contact form to cancel your booking. Bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to the check-in date will be entitled to a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled 7 to 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for any bookings cancelled with less than seven days notice.
Check-in & Checkout
Check-in from 3:00pm. Check-out by 11:00am.
Minimum Stays
We request a minimum stay of two nights at weekends during the high season from April 1st till October 31st. Whilst it is still possible to book any room for a single Saturday night during high season, it will be subject to an extra £80 surcharge.
Last minute bookings
It is not possible to book a room less than 48 hours before check-in (to enable us to ensure that rooms are ready at short notice). If you wish to check availability and book a room at short notice, please call us on 01929 450225.
Children
Our accommodation is not suitable for children under five years old. Rooms 1, 3 and 4 can accommodate an additional guest (total three guests) and each has an optional Chair Bed suitable for a single child aged between 6 and 16. The Chair Bed must be booked if you intend to have three guests in these rooms.
